The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) is one of the most common places where people register as organ, eye and tissue donors. When you apply for or renew your driver’s license, learner’s permit or state ID, you will be asked if you would like to register as a donor. Saying “yes” adds your name to the South Carolina donor registry.
